- The children's biological parents were drug abusers, and they were raised in tents and homemade shelters.
- Kevin's foster parents provide a stable home environment in a country setting.
- His health is good, but he is in the 25th percentile for height and the 30th percentile for weight.
- Kevin is on an IEP at school and is one grade level behind his peers.
- He has lower scores in reading and comprehension and has been in trouble for bullying and inappropriate touching at school.
- Kevin is hostile and aggressive at home and has limited interests outside of watching TV and playing video games.
1. Make a plan of care for this patient taking into account their health problems and needs
2. A) Determine two components of the Developmental Assets (Support, Empowerment, Boundaries and Expectations, Constructive Use of Time, Commitment to Learning, Positive Values, Social Competencies and Positive Identity) that need to be addressed for this patient.
