1)In the past few years, as more physicians are using clinical decision support systems (CDS), many systems have not lived up to expectations. This has required customization work on the part of health informatics professionals and vendors. The term "alert fatigue" is commonly used, signifying that many providers are tired of seeing the pop-up messages and in many cases request that the CDS be turned off in order to optimize workflow and efficiency.
1. What would be your response to physicians in your organization who expressed their dissatisfaction with CDS and asked for modifications?
2. How could you work with your IT vendors to improve your existing systems?

2) Many accounting and accounting-related professionals are skilled in financial analysis, but most are not skilled in manufacturing. This is especially the case for process manufacturing environments (for example, a bottling plant or a chemical factory). To provide professional accounting and financial services, one must understand the industry, its product, and its processes.
