Work through the levels of the hierarchy of controls, briefly explaining why each level could, or could not, be applied to the hazard you identified. For the levels that can be applied, recommend a control that fits that type, and briefly explain how it reduces the risk to you when performing the job.

Assignment 2: Think about a time at work or at home when you made an error, as well as another time when you committed an unsafe act. Briefly describe both incidents, including the reasons why each occurred. What happened in each of your examples? Did any injury or illness result from either of them? How could you apply elements of a safety management system to reduce the risk of that error and unsafe act recurring?
