Case Study: PropreEtNet is a company offering cleaning services to individuals in the Ottawa / Gatineau region. The company offers a range of packages, including "the total" (cleaning the house from top to bottom, including windows, walls, etc.), "it shines" (cleaning the floors, vacuuming, bathrooms, kitchen and dusting) and "the base" (floor cleaning, vacuuming and bathrooms). PropreEtNet's services are very popular and it now employs about thirty employees. These employees are therefore deployed, individually, in tandem or as a team, in the field. Business owners sometimes find it difficult to resolve all their employees due to the large number of unforeseen events that occur every day (ex: sick employees, residences requiring more time than expected, road conditions, etc.)
