What is competitive advantage
Competitive advantage can be described as attributes that allow a company to outperform competitors.
It will allow company to produce goods or services more cheaply than comparing to the others. We should have unique values or qualities that your company has that helps to set you apart from similar businesses within the same industry.
There are three types of competitive advantage: cost, different from others and also focus strategies.
The main focus is to differentiate between comparative advantage and differential advantage.
How could the company use its organisational design to encourage a learning organization for improvements in sustainability? Discuss from two perspectives.
