Tom Clark, an employee of Fanatic LLC, worked for several years during company time and used Fanatic's equipment to develop a laser that cut product. Finally, the idea came to fruition. Clark's employer laid claim to the invention on the grounds that the firm's equipment had been utilized on company time. Clark had obtained a patent on the invention and claimed that his employer had no rights to the invention at all. Using IRAC determine who is correct?
