A: As a marketing professional for healthcare you need to know how your consumers make decisions. Think about a specific population or demographic of the market (i.e. age, gender, socioeconomic class etc.). Next assume this group (market segment) has a need recognition discuss the next four steps of the buyer decision process by identifying examples of how consumers will execute these steps (i.e. what specific tools, resources & processes could they use).

B: Global perspective review the video in the course content related to empathy and then review the following video on hospital staff: Our stories make us (By KFSHDammam).
