3. Discuss the key stages in a construction project, and how Building Information. Modelling informs the different stages.
4. Analyse how the construction industry has developed suitable collaboration strategies in support of greater recognition of health a safety.
Scenario (Task 1.1 to 1.5)
You are the assistant construction manager in a consultant firm and your client has a new residential project at Kowloon East Road. The following information is required by client to develop an organisation for this project.
