To me System thinking can mean different things to different people I myself thing system thinking is the process of understanding of how things affects one another within a whole. I think it is method to problem solving, by viewing "problems" as parts of an overall system, rather than reacting to specific part, outcomes or events and potentially contributing to further development of unintended consequences.
I believe my book Delivering Happiness has use system thinking to find ways to make people happy at what they do may it be at work or home. In the work place this book has come up with a system where they view some problems and use problem solving to make a development of unintended consequences.
I do think this book align with system thinking because the authors took a problem and came up with a plan to make a good outcome for their company as a whole. This book not only teaches you about how to enjoy working and being happy it also teaches American tales of how hard work, laziness, talent, and failure can come together to beat the odds and can come together as one and be happy doing it at the job. It has pages of cartoons like illustrations that plays out different things and you learn along with way but having fun and learning how to solve some conflicts that arise.

System thinking is solutions to complex problems. System thinking in healthcare is when theories explain how a system functions. The best example that I learned from systems thinking is the elements in the digestive system which consist of the teeth enzymes, ingestions, and the stomach. Understanding how something works is important because it will provide a big picture to view for all investors. Once the new information is understood, it will allow professionals to develop their knowledge with the system to provide service to patients.
Since the book is in regards to leaders, the leader would be the main object, the system thinking. Next is the elements that are attached to the leader, which would consist of his/her personality and the way of teaching employees. The way that the leader treats employees, the employees will act towards the patients. The book would align with systems thinking because it provides details of how a leader must act towards employees so that they can provide a great experience for patients. Leaders must be able to communicate with employees to make sure that patients are not facing difficulties with employees.
