Your task
Individually, record a 10-minute video demonstrating effective project leadership within a selected scenario. Drawing on insights from Weeks 1 and 2, apply targeted leadership strategies to address the unique challenges presented in your case study. Develop a practical plan that responds to the leadership challenge and analyse aspects of the planning and execution phases where ethical issues may arise. Your response should comprehensively address both leadership effectiveness and ethical considerations relevant to the scenario.
