Consider the following scenario:You are now a small-business consultant.

  1. One of your clients, Home Solutions, is considering opening two new stores.
  2. You should know that businesses often experience cash flow problems due to continuous changes that occur in the industry, such as the growth in the case of Home Solutions.

Keeping up-to-date on the everyday cash flow status of a business is an essential skill needed for business owners, general managers, and leaders. As an introduction to this skill development, in this assignment, you will prepare a topical paper that explains to Home Solutions the problems a firm can experience when it encounters cash flow problems due to growth.

  1. Use a problem-solving model or an outline with which you are familiar as a guide for preparing your continuing business growth option in spite of cash flow problems.
  2. Prepare the business option that will help your client, Home Solutions, avoid the types of cash flow problems that hinder business expansion and slow down growth.
