Students must submit a Reflective Report on what they see as the role of Integrity as a manager. In the report students need to assess the impact which integrity has on organisational behaviour utilising topics discussed in the course.

In writing the reflective report, you should answer the following  questions:

1. What thoughts and feelings do you have about the importance of integrity for managers? You must link this with one of the topics we have covered in class in Weeks 1-6 E.g. Individual Differences

2. In what ways have you changed (or have not changed) in your thinking of Management and Integrity. Describe how or why it has changed (or not changed)

3. How can you use your new knowledge and competence? That is, using your "changed perspective" or maintenance of past perspective, how will it affect you in your future career.
