Question: How can you get more team members to speak up during meetings? Sometimes it is just one person who will speak up for everyone else and the others will sit quietly, disagreeing in their own minds and never saying a thing. Sometimes it is challenging for others to speak up because the manager acts in ways that may make it difficult for people to talk in meetings (Anderson, 2013).
