Scenario:
In an attempt to improve/rebrand your company image to is customers, your company has adopted a new dress code policy prohibiting wearing any in the workplace. When you go to implement the new dress code policy requiring "no jewlery", you learn that four of your employees are of the Sikh religion and each wear a Kara bangle every day to work.
A Kara is a steel or cast iron bangle worn by Sikhs who have been initiated into the Khalsa. It is one of the five Kaskars (external articles of faith) that identify a Sikh as dedicated to their religious order.
