Gender in the workplace analysis

1) What gender stereotypes (characteristics women or men are assumed to have by virtue of their gender) and gender roles (things men or women are expected to do by virtue of their gender) are common in the workplace? (For example, men are physically stronger is a gender stereotype while women are expected to make the coffee is a gender role.)
