Chris and Marc have 1 Daughter who lives in a neighboring state only a few hours away so the home health agency's office is situated adjacent to the community center and a home health nurse is first meeting with Chris is at the community center clinic. The nurse discusses the situation with the healthcare providers at the clinic, and they mention that they tried to conduct a home visit for the family a few months ago at the request of a concerned neighbor, but Chris politely declined the offer, and the nurse explained to Chris that since she prefers to manage her wound at home visit her twice a day for at least a week to clean and dress the wound.
