Referencing the Expectancy Disconfirmation Model of consumer satisfaction, how can certain companies use the Model as a marketing segmentation strategy? For this question, I'd ask that you identify a CPG company or a service provider that you think could successfully utilize the model to grow their business or to stem the tide of discontent.

As you explain your thought process, specify the exact consumers who fall into the 3 categories and the steps the company could take to capture each consumer category's business. Be careful not to overprice your suggestions.
