Sarah: I appreciate your feedback, Manager, but I feel that it's important to have a more balanced discussion about my performance.

Manager: I understand that you may feel that way, Sarah, but the reality is that your work has not met the standards we expect. Your lack of attention to detail and frequent errors have caused delays and rework. Additionally, your lack of initiative in seeking out new projects or taking on additional responsibilities is concerning.
