When the leaders and the employees of an organization share the same values, they may find it easier to work towards the same goals and there may be less divisive conflicts within the organization. In stating that fact we, however, need to keep in mind that an organization is made up of individuals from multi-disciplinary categories. Most of these individuals are not in leadership positions but they are in the front line of health care organizations. Their behaviors often represent what the customers see and often affect the perception of the customers and public about the organization's culture.
