Question 1: Star hotels, airlines, Railways, etc. upgrade the customers from the lower class of ticket/ room to a higher class/ room without any extra charge. This is called as 'free upgrades'. Which are the main cost concepts which are behind such a decision. For free upgrades, there must be vacancy in higher class of seat/ rooms. In many cases, there is also a waitlist for the lower class of seat/ room. how can you integrate the concept of CRM (Customer relationship management) in the above case.
