Assignment:

In libreoffice, I use justified alignment to adjust a paragraph. It stretched the words and generate large spaces between words. I want the the paragraph both left aligned and right aligned. But I don't want large spaces between words. How can I fix it in an automatic way?

Some tutor suggest me to do the following steps

Tools- Options - Libre Office Writer - Formatting Aids and selecting "Kern letters automatically." But I can not find the "Kern letters automatically" option.
