Consider the following mandate:

As a member of the company's top management group, you must contribute to a discussion and decision about using microchips. The company stockholders have decided that stock value will go up if management can demonstrate improvements in security and efficiency. They think that both can be achieved by requiring all employees to have the implanted chip; chip "rings" will no longer be allowed and ALL employees must be chipped. Your management group must decide whether or not to require micro-chipping as a condition of employment. First, you need to develop your own opinion. You will determine what action you think your company should take. To do so, select two (2) of the 8 Key Questions (8KQ) to consider when answering the following question: Do you recommend requiring employees to have the implanted chip?
