The task
Assessment is about ENABLING your ability to apply learnings to the real world.
• It consists of two parts.
Part A: Create a 10-minute PowerPoint video presentation reflecting on ONE of two real world scenarios in which to focus your response.
• Presentation must include audio and video.
• Upload video to YouTube.
• No more than 10 PPT slides + references.
• Guidance will be provided on the video presentation.
Part B: Prepare and write up your script using PowerPoint NOTES.

The two scenarios
1. Technology, talent and transformation
Organisations must be able to proactively innovate and quickly adapt to change if they are to survive in today's evolving marketplace. New digital trends are redefining the relationship between the individual and the organisation. Trends such as robots, AI in the workplace, Big Data, dispersed workforces, with people working from anywhere, anytime, and the constant need of employees to learn new skills are just part of what the future of work could entail.
What is your vison of tomorrow's workplace?
2. Ethics, credibility and building trust: Shaping an ethical workplace culture
The ethical climate of an organisation, and its credibility, results from the behaviours of its members. Those behaviours, in turn, result from management's ethics, including policies regarding how people ought to be treated and to behave.
How can an ethical workplace culture be shaped, developed and maintained? In the future what do you believe will be the defining features of such a workplace culture?
1. Focus of reflection - Rich in content, analysis, and evaluation; connections made to both real-life and the unit content.
2. Video - Coherence and progression of ideas and observations.
