Burnout is commonly experienced at an individual and very personal level and at its end stage, burnout is a crisis situation that calls for therapeutic intervention. Given corrective remediation, victims of burnout can return to the job and again become productive.

How can an agency be "burnout-proofed?" Identify and discuss one strategy.

Considering our ethical obligation regarding self-care, what steps should we take if we feel as if we are"burning out" when fulfilling our human service duties?
