These words by Miss Emily to Kathy and Tom at the end of Never Let Me Go condense the central ethical issue of the novel. They bring to the fore the problem of the social and ethical costs of cure. Can you think of any concepts from "If god is a virus" by Seema Yasmin, that may respond differently to the ethical dilemma articulated by Miss Emily?
