Can a lack of diversity inclusion of an organization be so strong that there is no way to bring respect for a diverse workplace back? If so, what would consequences be? Can organizations meet strategic goals without a diverse workforce? Diversity obviously means more than national origin or race, but can relate to personality and how resistant or receptive to change one is for example.

How can a person practiced face-saving? How does this reduce a person internal locus of control? How does this affect both a person interaction in training sessions and their potential development of training sessions for their organization?
