Assignment:

Schwalbe explains how what he calls the "rules of the game" create an unfair system. He mentions that the practice of redlining is a good example of "how rules work to create inequality that favors people who were not originally in a position to rig the game in their favor." He goes on to say that children who benefited from redlining, who are now grown, "did not rig the game in their favor. They simply benefited from it later, most likely with no awareness of how those benefits originated in discriminatory rules of the game."
