Group of businesswomen wish to open a high fashion boutique in a vacant store but only if the average income in the area is at least $45,000. A random sample of 10 households showed the following results for income:

$48000, $52000, $42000, $38000, $44000, $37000, $44000, $46000, $49000, $40000

Use alpha=0.01 to test whether or not the businesswomen should open their boutique in this neighborhood.
