1. How big of a problem is environmental injustice? In other words, should other problems take precedence?

Environmental injustice is a huge problem but mostly effects minorities and the poor communities. Facilities that aren't taken care of like coal-fired plants and toxic facilities cause health issues and even premature death.

2. What are some of the key moments in the environmental history of the United States?

In 1916, there was the passing of the National Park Service Act that created the nation parks and also in 1918, there was the passing of the the Migratory Bird Act that banned hunting of migratory birds.

3. How can fair treatment and meaningful involvement help promote environmental justice?

It would give all communities the voice to make decisions that positively impact everyone and not just a chosen few. It would also allow comunites to create environmental justice themselves.
