Question: For this assignment, you are looking at two versions of Emile Zola's "Therese Raquin", the story of a woman and her lover, and their crime.

For this assignment, read both versions (from the novel, and the play) carefully, looking specifically at how the author adjusts HOW he tells the story for the intended viewer (the reader vs. the theatre audience).

Then, create a list, with explanations, of at least 5 ways the two versions, while telling the same story, differ due to the intended viewer. Be specific and use examples to back up your list. A billeted-list is fine for this assignment.
