Consider the topics and models covered on attachment, cognition, moral reasoning, developmental models, language, attention, sensation, and perception.

Create a 10- to 15-slide Microsoft PowerPoint presentation that provides this organization with scenarios that would help them to identify when cultural aspects should be considered. Each slide would need to list the model or theory addressed (from the 8 above) and a scenario to help the organization grasp the key concepts. Your notes should explain your slide.

Your presentation must have a title, introduction, conclusion and reference slide - conforming to APA format.

Ok team - this weeks assignment description is somewhat open to interpretation, but here is what I believe is the best approach to this assignment.

Presentation Audience: Organization stakeholders
Purpose of presentation: To describe a training model for HOW the organization can train individuals on the following subjects (attachment, cognition, moral reasoning, developmental models, language, attention, sensation, and perception).

• Special Considerations: Within the description of HOW the organization can train on these subjects, four items must be described for every topic:

o Training technique for this particular topic and why this technique is best suited for this topic (i.e. the webinar format is best suited to provide real-life scenarios for demonstrating important aspects of xxxxx topic>
o Topic overview, including any specific theory(s) that describe the topic (i.e. like for attachment, in the overview you might talk about Ainsworth's theory and the main points).
o Cultural considerations that are related to the topic that need to include as part of the training (for instance, for attachment (remember this is training about attachment) attachment styles differ in different culture, especially related to what is considered normal and what is considered non-adaptive. Then describe some of these difference).
o A scenario to help illustrate either the topic itself or the cultural consideration (i.e. for attachment you might describe a scenario about not diagnosing a withdrawn child too quickly and then mention that in Asian cultures, what may symptomatically be considered shy or withdrawn is normal and preferred behavior in children).
o You could provide a scenario to the topic itself (i.e. a child that clings to mother's leg in public or indicates a high level of distress when a parent leaves the room may be a sign that a child has an insecure attachment with an ambivalent attachment style).
Ok - so here is the plan based on that interpretation. I will start off the presentation by using 2 slides to explain the "training model". I will be talking about how each training technique for each topic contains the components I mentioned above. So for each topic, our training "model" is primarily based on 2 components (Topic overview content and cultural considerations) - but that the training itself could be done using several different techniques (webinar, self-paced e-learning module, or lecture format).

Then each person will get 3 of these topics. Each topic will represent 1 slide and you follow the format described above to describe your topic. Here is a condensed version of that format:

• Training technique
• Topic Overview
• Cultural aspects to consider for this topic
• Some type of scenario to support your topic or your cultural consideration
