Background:
The Council on Social Work Education, for its part, considers the Generalist Social Worker to be culturally competent, as one who is prepared to participate and work with a variety of client systems, especially those who are socially and economically isolated and at-risk populations.
Objectives:
1. Interpret the expected competencies of the professional practice of Social Work, according to the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
2. Examine the expected standards of professional social work practice.
3. Assume the behavior expected of the social worker in their professional work.
4. Explain the different roles that the Generalist Social Worker can assume in their professional practice.
Instructions:
So, based on the previous information elaborate an essay (introduction, development and conclusion) answering in a short document with 5 to 6 sen-tences for each of the following questions:
1. Why was it useful to learn about the competencies, behaviors and roles of the Generalist Social Worker?
