In the past two years, the world has witnessed unparallel disruptions within the supply chain due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Bottlenecks at ports, delays in shipment, and lack of supplies have brought tremendous supply chain disruptions sparked by a global pandemic. As countries closed their borders and forced economic shutdowns, companies, including the retail and hospitality sectors, saw a shift in consumer behavior.
