Case: A team leader at a digital gaming company called 'Animation Action Games', was successful at getting a contract to build a new educational game for a school district. The game would be a math game for primary schools. 'Animation Action Games' was excited to take this project on although it would be a big undertaking. The challenge was capacity to produce the game. As a result, the team leader decided to undertake a process to hire more temporary employees and rent a coworking space, so they would have the space to do this project for the short term. While doing this, the people in the coworking space were hit by a COVID outbreak and had to close down for a couple of weeks.
