You will research the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives of a company of your choice and present your findings in a presentation. It is important that you select a company with enough information to satisfy the assignment requirements.

1. History of the Company

a) How and when did the company start?

b) Who was involved in the company start-up?

c) What goods and services did the company initially provide?

2. CSR Initiatives of the Company

a) Include all company initiatives, such as environmental and community initiatives.

b) Indicate the scope of these initiatives (i.e. Do they benefit the stakeholders? Do they apply at the local, national, or global level?).

c) Make sure to be specific here, as this should make up the major part of the content for your presentation. This information is usually found under "Corporate Citizen", "Corporate Governance", "Social Responsibility", "About Us", "Mission Statements", and "Corporate Values, etc. on the company website.

3: Employee Benefits, Wellness, and Support Programs:

a) List and describe any benefit programs provided by the company.

b) List and describe any wellness programs provided by the company (e.g., gym/pool, health club, memberships, ergonomic workspaces, etc.).

c) Describe any other employee support programs (e.g., paid volunteer days).

d) This information is usually found under "Careers".
