Design a flow diagram (aircraft maintenance and inspection). How an aircraft mechanic can be properly trained using different instructional methods to inspect an aircraft structure.

Instructional aids can be Computer Based, instruction led, on the job training, classroom-based, simulator training!

I will need a flow diagram combining all these instruction methods to train an aircraft mechanic how to inspect the tail section of a general aviation aircraft! if you can also write a few things about each step, include some pictures, that would be nice.
