Based on the client scenario - Mary is a 30 year old female client who suffers from anxiety. She has a history of trauma and abuse, which has led to her feeling constantly on edge and unable to relax. The trauma and abuse she has experienced have left her feeling scared and alone. She also has a number of health problems, which contribute to her anxiety. These include chronic pain, fatigue, and gastrointestinal problems
