The company's 140 employees range in age from 18 to 67 and come from several generations. They don't work well together. For example, some workers disrespect older or younger workers. Some don't share infor-mation or cooperate. After declining service and sales, a new owner buys the company. The new owner thinks if employees work with others rather than against others, then sales and service will improve. List seven to ten suggestions for how Acme could change its culture to achieve the new owner's plans. Then, discuss your ideas with classmates.
