Assignment:

According to David Lee, jobs in the future will likely look very different because of technology, with many of the less complicated and routine aspects of work being replaced by machines/robots/other forms of technology that will allow people to focus more on the cognitive/analytical aspects of the work as opposed to the routine. Think of your own career goals and the professional position you hope to have after completing your education and gaining some experience. If you are planning to become a therapist, how might the technology in the future change your job responsibilities? How about if you are planning on becoming a school psychologist? Or a human resources specialist? I realize that this will largely be speculative (thoughts about the future usually are!) but do you think your profession in the future will be impacted significantly by technological changes? Why or why not?
