You are the head of HR at a hospital faced with a rapidly changing environment. Both the hospital and the employees are expected to be highly flexible - gone are the days when one employee would stay in one job for his or her entire career. Now, those employees who stay with the hospital can expect to have a number of jobs over their careers, and their duties on those jobs may change from day today. What would you recommend that the hospital do about job analysis, which traditionally takes a long time to conduct, and results in job descriptions that are not easy to change without another job analysis?
