The patient was admitted and delivered an eight-pound baby after six hours of labor. A postpartum hemorrhage occurred and was treated during the hospital stay. A patient was admitted from a nursing home with bacterial pneumonia and a stage III pressure ulcer. The pneumonia was treated with antibiotics; the pressure ulcer was also treated. A patient was admitted from a nursing home with pneumonia and a stage I pressure ulcer. The pneumonia was treated. The pressure ulcer worsened and developed into a stage III ulcer during hospitalization.
