On an exit ramp from the highway, the curve of the road has been proven to be dangerous. The state determines that to fix the problem, they will need to take a quarter of the backyard of the nearest home. The state delivers the fair market value of the land to the homeowner and construction plans move forward. The homeowner decides to sue the state to get his land back. Will the homeowner win?
