Question

A 3 week old male was admitted through the Emergency Department with a three day history of upper respiratory tract infection. Following admission , he was observed not breathing for short periods. Antibiotics were started for the URI. He had been followed as an outpatient for failure to thrive. All evaluations were negative and no active disease other than the URI was found. The URI cleared but the apneic episodes continued. He was transferred to the children's hospital for more detailed studies of his apneic episodes and failure to thrive. What is the Principal Diagnosis code and the 2 secondary diagnoses codes.
