He is alert and oriented and looks his stated age; he does, however, appear anxious and his attention span is short. Vital signs are as follows: HR 118 bpm, blood pressure 156/96 mmHg., temperature is 101° F; the skin is warm and moist; deep tendon reflexes are hyperactive.
