Question

A 17-year-old black female is brought to the ER by her mother. This patient has a three-day history of nausea, vomiting, and headache. She has been taking Tylenol 1 gram three times a day. She has a history of Hepatitis B. Her mother tells you she has heard that Tylenol can cause liver problems. The mother wonders if she should switch her daughter to another medication.
