A 30 month old boy presents to the ED with history of excessive fatigue and noisy breathing. On further history, the family tells you he sleeps best when sitting on the couch with the TV on and has a history of tonsillitis. On exam, he is greater than the 95th %ile for weight and in the 50th %ile for height. He has no signs of acute infection or respiratory distress at this time, and his tonsils are a 3+ bilaterally.
