History of ewing sarcoma of the left lower extremity

Question

Briefly, the patient is a 32-year-old male with a known history of Ewing's sarcoma of the left lower extremity, first diagnosed in 2008. The patient was subsequently found to have pulmonary metastases. He has been seen previously in the hematology/oncology clinic for routine chemotherapy consisting of vincristine, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and routine bone marrow rescue with GCSF therapy. Current therapy includes a regime of Cytoxan, cyclophosphamide, and topotecan, which corresponds to pediatric oncology group protocol.
