Patient B. 45 year old Hispanic male with history of elevated cholesterol level. Complains of indigestion after eating a large meal. He begins to c/o pain in his left jaw radiating towards his arm. His wife administers 81 mg asaprin po. The neighbor calls 911. Arrives to ICU Stat EKG done, patient has peaked T waves. Nitroglycerin ointment 1 inch administered to chest. Morphine 1 mg IV administered. 1 nitroglycerin given sublingual. Colace stool softener po bid O2 3 liters N/C Transferred to Cardiac unit. Angiogram ordered. O2 2 liters N//C , low cholesterol, 2 gm Na diet. Daily weights. Vs every 4 hours. Out of bed bid. Compression stockings x 3 days.
