Question

21-year-old male with a history of depression and asthma who suffered a T6 spinal cord injury in a motor vehicle accident about one year ago and subsequent paraplegia. He developed a Stage IV pressure wound about 6 months ago on his sacrum which became infected requiring hospitalization 2 weeks ago for debridement and antibiotics. He has a wound vac in place and was admitted here for continued antibiotics, wound care, and PT/OT. He is cooperative and pleasant but depressed. He has a history of asthma, lungs clear. He denies pain. VSS overnight, catheter draining clear yellow urine. Admitting/Primary Diagnosis:
