Explain History of community water fluoridation.

Be sure to know the 3 phases that occurred in the Classic Dental Caries Epidemiology Study that lead to community water fluoridation and the knowledge that fluoride prevents caries. Know the status (formed, established, tested) of the hypothesis during each of these phases. Be prepared to discuss the hypothesis in terms of the discoveries occurring in each phase in detailed complete sentences.
